I like the way he referred to the fancy shed as a beach house 😆 they’ve done the right thing with the garden here…separating it into sections or “rooms”. Makes it seem much larger. The house has some nice features too (especially the master suite) but I think the gardens are the main selling point, for me anyway.

yeah this is my type of property, the outdoor nature and landscaping is so beautiful. I know it is a high maintenance home but well worth it.

Love the exterior of the house, I would personally remodel the interior. I have seen many gardens and this has to best I have seen so far, not just the huge size of it but the beautiful landscaping and the distinct areas, it looks so private and peacefull. The tennis court is a cherry on top. On a side note , Tom is a very very VERY lucky man!! 😉

Nice garden and lane potential in a nice location. For me though their is to much wood frames everywhere, wood beams and also it just feels cluttered in most of the rooms even the kitchen looks pretty small for the property. It needs a full modernisation, the games room is okay and a nice size. Not a bad property and offers a lot of potential.

This house is not far off my dream house, my dream house has the snooker table and exposed brick wall like that room but would be on a ground floor all on one massive floor, location great,. nice garden I'm not fussed on outdoor gardens but I would not moan with that space. Nice house just wished some rooms where not as cluttered

I do love the gardens, but the inside is just to specific to the owners. And, when the glass was removed from Bob's tray, you could see just how dirty the house was. It did not speak well.

interior is wack let's be honest but the garden is extremely stunning

This isn't palatial, but it is grand because of the sheer dimensions of the spaces, the furnishings and the lawns. The garden is quite lovely---sprawling, detailed and varied with multiple enclosures. The furnishings and the interiors aren't varied, but they are still somewhat tasteful. Every venue, space, and garden has personalized details and touches to it. Outdoor wooden floors are wonderful. It's a very masculine home. The tryst-room is conveniently insulated from intrusive people with a vertigo-inducing staircase. The blue bar and the green chairs are a bit overdone and the pool is a little cheap, but then no place is perfect. The exterior structure is aesthetically pleasing. It's neither too flashy, like recent constructions, nor too banal, like dated constructions. It's neither like a factory or glass-box nor the same archaic design or concrete block that dots every landscape. It's somewhat subtle and demure. I wonder if it would lose its aesthetic appeal with larger windows for the views and light, or if tripe-glazed skylights in the roof would suffice as it would deprive me of the views. I also don't know if large skylights in the roof would be long-term viable in terms of weathering from the climate--hail, snow, rain, and sun etc., which can take a toll on the glass.

The owners should be arrested for butchering the inside of the property.

Why buy this house for £8M, build one for £4M new.
