It’s because most Japanese pride themselves in perfection and quality for customers when you come to the store The U.S. no offense lacks customer service when it comes to older electronics when they are sold in thrift stores or Pawn Shops.

I wish op shops where I live are this interesting. The closest we have would be pawn shops. And even then everything is so over priced. Please never stop geeking out over toys. Just cause you're no longer a child, doesn't mean you have to stop loving the things you enjoyed as a child.

I think these thrift shop videos are my favorite on the channel XD It's super interesting to see just how many things and variety of things japanese shops have. Here in America where i am, most the thrift shops are like 80% clothes, 10% books and 10% questionable electronics that may or may not work. But in japan theres tons of musical instruments, working high quality tech, tons and tons of retro games and systems, and dont even get me started on the anime merch! Its just amazing to see!
