Welcome to Tokyo Lens. I'm Norm Nakamura and this... is my Japan! Not in like a "stay away! it's mine!" kind of way. More like a "This is what life here looks like to me!"

Get a flat pack box bunk kit with a design that lets you get in bed end-on, that would be easy to install, fit a family of 4 :P Matress might be more tricky tho.
I imagine when it's full of students, it's quite noisy. I live in a college town, and they have these 4br/4ba apartments with a common LR/DR/Kitchen area. Those complexes are so noisy, with all the partying students. But this one has a lot of storage space, a great shared space for computer use, and the food looks amazing! I'm sure if you couldn't afford the $5 meals, there are cheaper alternatives. It's actually the perfect place for students.
It would depend on how much I was allowed to do to the apartment. There is a lot of wall space and a high ceiling, so if I was allowed to put up shelving, I could probably make the size work. It looks like there is enough space to hang a curtain in front of the bathroom to make it more private. If allowed, you could enclose the under-stove area or place some sort of storage under that. Hanging things is the way to go. It wouldn't be so bad if you weren't home most of the day.
it also would be so nice to see how the other people who live in these tiny houses how they furnished their houses. Because now we only see a empty space ;d
Small but complete. And less thing to clean too lmao. I love this place, I would definitely love to live here ♥️ Though I know I won't leave my parent house because im the youngest and responsible for my elderly parent 😂
This is one of your best videos. It was the video that made me google and look up multiple subjects as it was loaded with good material and items. You have such a respectful demeanor.
Greetings from Bangkok, Thailand. I just came across your channel a few days ago and have been watching your old videos since. Last November I travelled to Japan for a business/holiday trip and stayed at a hotel on the south side of Kanda River, so I crossed this bridge every day during my stay. Had I found your channel before and known that you were near the Akihabara area, I would want to say hi to you in person. Well maybe next time I visit Japan then.
