House is very beautiful, but me being a traveler to many places in Africa, I think it’s better to buy your own land and build it yourself. It will cost you 200 thousand dollars less or even lesser. Thanks, though!
Greenery along the wall is not enough. As hot as it gets, you need shade trees. As much rain as Ghana get, there should be less tile and more grass. Families will have children, where's the playground equipment? This building style is not appealing.
