It looks like a very comfortable place to live without worrying about scratching, tearing or damaging pristine furniture. It would have been cool to see the "before" photos so we could appreciate the restoration even more.
It's refreshing to see a beautiful creatively designed home & garden rather than, a house were the walls, funiture & fixtures are all white which seems to be the case now a days in interior design. 🌵
This is probably the perfect archetypal Californian house I think I've ever seen. So much garbage interiors on RU-vid but this one is actually inspiring.
If you change your mind about selling, I’m first in line! Seriously. I love that place and you’ve done what I hoped you would have done to restore it. Simply a dream.
If someone had kept dressing the arms of the leather chairs over the years, they would still look showroom-new... and they would not be at home in this wonderful setting!
I love the videos that you have been posting recently however, it would be great to highlight again maltese houses. there are so many youtube channels which look into houses abroad yet not many channels show the beauty of our own maltese houses
This guy is hilarious. Wood burning fireplaces are not illegal in California because it's a warm state. They are illegal in new construction because of air quality concerns.
Wonderful house and property! It’s not fair to call the owner a slumlord. He obviously cared about the house, because he sold it to you only if you didn’t tear it down. Maybe it was the renters that didn’t take very good care of it.
