Stevie Mulrooney was a huge hit with his rendition of Ireland's Call at Aviva Stadium. Today he visited the Ireland team at training and got a very special thank you from Andy Farrell. #teamofus
Lovely lad Stevie should get him doing Irelands call all the time he was great ☘️👏 Andy is a gent aswell great having him as our manager honorary Irish man.
Absolutely Delighted for Stevie....what a great young lad he is....I brought my 7 year old to his first rugby game which Stevie sang Irelands Call and it was Brilliant....he sang his little heart out for Stevie to help him through it......
When I saw this little lad standing beside the anthem singer, I thought he was a mascot. But then he started to sing and he nailed the passion and motivation in Irelands Call, it was the highlight of the day without doubt.
Just rewards! For embodying the spirit of Ireland, just think, no singer will ever top the performance this young irishman gave, honour, love and passion. 🇮🇪🇲🇫🏴🏴🏴🇮🇹 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Don't be silly, he sang fine for a kid, but that kind of performance wasn't really great for an anthem. It needs an adult voice, IRFU should be thinking about this, rugby is not child's play
