This presenter was absolutely one of the best... his references to New York loft areas very genuine the way he explains the cantilever extension the way he presents each room is perfect!!! the best I've seen... the house not too crazy about because it seems to be blocked with golf views I need more Mediterranean sea views however he almost makes you want to buy it…
Hello everyone, I just wanted to clarify something. When i said "i can see a family living here" I visualized someone in the kitchen preparing the dinner, children (teenagers, or of that age) sitting on the sofa watching tv) maybe one reading a book, or one in the pool floating on an inflatable chair) because i say "family" lets try to not automatically Assume its (Toddlers or newborns) families that purchase property are also families with grown up children. If i was a teenager i would absolutely dream to have such a beautiful, FUN and utterly unique home to live in.
Great tour and beautiful villa. I would have loved more utilizing the ocan views, but its a masterpiece. Thumps up to Jason, I really enjoyed hearing him talk with his relaxing voice.

Enjoyed the tour. But nearest neighbours are clearly well within 300m distance. That drive looks a nightmare to turn a car on. But another great video nontheless.

"I can imagine a family living here" - I cannot. There's only the small terrace area and the drive as outdoor areas and the pool is a huge drowning risk for younger children. I mean, it's a nice house for the right buyer, but lets be realistic.

You may not be aware of this, but it’s quite possible for families to have older children. Families can most certainly live at this house. If you have young children, and you’re concerned about safety, you’ll be comforted by the fact that no one is forcing you to buy it. That you’re unable to imagine families living there is not a limitation of the house; its merely a limitation of your imagination
go touch grass. any house with a pool is a drowning risk, or any body of water is a drowning risk. if you are a watchful parent, it shouldn’t be a problem.
@@DrumeliaRealEstateMarbella In Costa del Sol, I'd say the villas at the top end of La Reserva have the best views. Villa Blue comes to mind. I just don't get moving to this area and spending millions on a villa that doesn't have sea views. Los Alemanes in Zahara de los Atunes has some villas with some great views too. Top of a hill/mountain looking down on the sea are the best views in my opinion.
I like the tour.. That is besides the point.. How do these multi-milion properties not have a garage for at least 4 cars. Even if I would like to leave a vehicle at that property for some time I actually can´t, cause it doesn´t have a garage just a "car port" ..

Hello Joe, The idea was to have a beautiful "Drive through" garage that extends up to the main road. The design was as beautiful as the house. But the owner wanted to suggest ideas to a new client and in essence they design and personalize a garage according to how they want it. There are two or three great options of garage design and aesthetics available to the new owner if needed
House for families? Give me a break. Too much We must be serious House is very special, no garden, and seems limited views Plus Marbella club hills not my cup of tea (in the middle of nowhere) Sotogrande is a best option for families and sport lovers
where is the tour of the house? garden pool ? how many floors? what's in the rooms? is there a movie theater? are there entertainment rooms? the gym? it is as short as the trailer. thanks anyway. it's too short.
