Chris Pratt's personal trainer Jared Shaw gives an insight into the gruelling gym routine Pratt followed to prepare for his role as a Navy SEAL in the new Prime Video series The Terminal List.
According to Shaw, Pratt essentially lived the life of a Navy SEAL during filming, with very little free time to train.
The Terminal List is out now on Prime Video.

Parks & Rec is Pratt at his best. But he killed it in Terminal List also. I’ve read all the books & really thought they’d screw it up huge just for a pay day but Pratt played Reece perfectly & killed it.

Spot on-love JW and have been hooked on his show (esp.Underground Jocko Willink). Admire him beyond words. Also, Shawn Ryan, who trained Keanu Reeves for his role in John Wick and other absolutely legendary guys, such as Rob O'Neil, Eddie Galagher, Nick Lavery and so many more would be a great contribution to this podcast.

Just started watching this series but had to switch it off. I thought chris was terrible. What was going on with his haircut. It should have been cut short. His physique looked rubbish. Quite frankly, he should have watched his father in law get kitted up in Commando. Chris, you should have watched Commando and Predator and realised the amount of work you needed to put in.
