Hi, if the diy customer can go to Sally’s and get their product then why not make the product more available to the stylist. Could you not put your professional products in Cosmoprof or Salon Centric, because a lot of times I can’t get my products because my distributor is sold out. Or let us as professionals order directly from the company.

When you made product availability at places like Walmart, Target, and other outlets easy for the consumer, you slashed the True Professional throats meaning the stylist and salons. I guess there's not one company out here today that supports salons with retail when you make it easy for our clients to purchase outside of salons. Love of money wins everytime.
