Lol 😂 why so much jealousy ! Even we normal Indians(Hindu mainly) spend 10-12% of our lifetime income on weddings that consist of 200+ guests, jewelry and 2-3 ceremonies. So $320M is still very less for Ambanis. And the Ambanis had also hosted langars (free food for unlimited people) for days and arranged marriages for like thousands poor couples Their money their choice
Wedding is not exhausting as many of the guests live in the city itself. India are known for long festivities. Above all they have the money and love to spent

Why don't you mind your own business? Why don't you ignore? You have that option! There are many in this world, unfortunately, who are discontent with their own realities. So they burn with jealousy and envy when someone wealthier celebrates. They are to be ignored because they are anyways burning themselves with jealousy, envy and insecurities. They can never celebrate the successes of others nor can they participate in that. Neither are they anywhere close to the contributions made by the Ambanis - job creation, contribution to tax and GDP and establishing a strong Indian multinational. All that these jealous, envious and insecure people can do is lecture the successful without ever reflecting on their own contributions to the nation and their own capabilities ! None has stopped them from being more successful than Ambani, Gates, Bezos etc. Ambanis are spending their personal wealth after paying their taxes. And that is nobody's business or right to question! Period. Such critics are only reminded of poor people and poverty when they see others celebrate and rejoice! Not before. Not after. Ask them what they have done for poverty alleviation? Hypocrites and armchair warriors will moan and complain till the last moment of their lives consumed by their insecurities and inferiority complex.
This is soft power marketing. Similar to when Royal Wedding in the UK helped local economy. 1st educate yourself be smarter n then get onto doing journalism
Perfect example of Rich getting ricker and poor getting poorer in INDIA. I have nothing against Ambani's spending millions of dollars on wedding, but it also like a slap on the faces of the percentage of people who are below poverty line today. The extravaganza doesn't seem to end with Ambani's getting richer by increasing JIO tariffs for prepaid post paid schemes

Please learn some economics. Spending is good for economy. It’s so simple. So it’s not just a big fat Indian wedding , it’s also a big contribution to society and economy as well. By the all Indian weddings are lavish. People spend maximum possible what they can. Ambani spent far too less than what he has. So don’t get jealous, learn some basics of economics and attend Indian weddings. By the way our birthday parties are more lavish than western countries’ marriages.
That’s plain jealousy. It’s their money and their choice. They worked hard and it’s their choice how they want to spend it. People should mind their own business.

Educate yourself. They are always doing it and not apne off donations like so may show off philanthropy. Also about the groom, search up vanatara and animal rescue. Also, during the festivities they hosted separate events for weddings of 100 couples and also gave gifts to each of those couples who got married. Not to mention hosted dinner parties separately again only for poor people. So next time instead of saying oh so much poverty in India, get out of CNN, NBC, BBC, read a good book without fake agenda on India and also educate yourself about India. Just like entire US is not homeless because LA has , same applies to other countries. So get out of agenda channels, educate yourself and also do for poor people in your country.
Poverty exists everywhere.....it exists nearby you also...so how many times you have cancelled your birthday parties to contribute that money to some poor.....act first before preach ....they have earned the money and have every right to spend how they wants
