Comment section is full of people who are complaining that people are willing to use their equity to get cash, but get upset when if the lender is forced to act due to the borrower not fulfilling their obligations. Unbelievable. This is a great product for some, and it'll force traditional banks to bring more to the table when it comes to equity loans and lines.

Why would anyone in their right mind sign up for this? Furthermore, people who they claim to target with 720 > credit scores and high income can get the lowest rates on loans and credit cards to begin with unsecured.

It’s only a matter of time before competitors are started who offer this to subprime borrowers. I’d give it another 10 - 15yrs before the bubble bursts and thousands of homes are introduced into to the market at a significant discount. I’ll probably set some funds aside for that moment.
