@@hsshiva You understand very little of Bengal’s geopolitical situation. Since the late 1970s, there has been a complete institutional capture by ruling governments. First the CPM did it (except Comrade Buddhadeb babu who tried to undo all mistakes) and now TMC. By that I mean, the police, CID, government employees, schools, hospitals etc are under the control of the ruling state government. Most votes cast are by illegals migrants from Bangladesh. You might wonder why are Bangladeshis allowed in and settled into the villages by displacing the local Indian populace? That is bc it is easy for the ruling party to rope them into a world of organised crime (arms trafficking, drug trafficking, human trafficking etc) and do all the dirty work for them (like threatening and intimidating the local populace). WB is a major black dot in India, if things aren’t corrected very soon, WB will secede out of India or become the next Kashmir.

In contrast, Central gov schools like KVs, hospitals like AIIMs are better managed than state gov. But I know work culture and ethics of bengalis are like this . Left and TMC has done this. Strikes at workplace, formation of gangs are common. Recently teacher scam in Bengal is horrifying . Around 20k " teachers" are affected. Is BJP responsible for this ?

It is a central Govt hospital which means GOI is supposed to take care of its functioning just like it does for AIIMS. So the primary responsibility lies with the Central Govt (Labour Ministry & Healthcare ministry) and all those who are blaming the State Govt or TMC for this mismanagement, please go back to school & study as you need to know the difference between a Central Govt hospital & State Govt hospital. I hate the TMC as a party but in this case, its the central Govt that is responsible for the mess.
