If I pay 10,000,000 ksh for this place. Would I still have to pay a lease every month or I will own the place?

Once you pay ksh. 10M you become the sole owner of the apartment.

Once you pay the purchase price of Ksh. 10M you become the sole owner of the apartment and you even get a title to it.

Service charge for 3 bedroom is ksh. 5,000 per month.

So do I pay only 10 million, or is there another payment for the brokers? I just want to clarify how much I pay in total for the 3 appartements. Please let me know.

The cost of the house is only Ksh. 10,000,000. The other cost will be legal fees & stamp duty to the government of Kenya during the transfer of the title to your name.
