Finally a studio apartment that makes sense unlike the other one you showcased the other day.... My concerned or should i say complains have been addressed here... 1. There's a balcony and spacious one, 2. There's a washing area in fact a room with enough space.. 3. The kitchen are has enough space and a counter top with is a plus.. Quick question does the house come with the oven? At least the cook top is a four burner and enough storage space in the Kitchen.. The disappointing bit is the Kitchen sink.. The developer needs to put a modern sink. if you could also include the service charges it would be nice.. Though the apartment is pricey but again the location.. i love it.
Is there a different two bedroom unit here but with a different Kitchen look? That's my only nit-pick here cause it's just too bland and inadequate in terms of usability but apart from that, it's a lovely apartment with a great surrounding.
There are beautiful places in Nairobi. Black people from the U.S, Caribbean and Europe want to purchase property in Africa, especially Kenya but the big problem we are having is being scammed out of our money. There are so many horror stories of people going to buy homes and properties especially retirees and getting scammed out of their life savings. So, who do you trust because even the lawyers are scammers, and the most heartbreaking and scary is the government doing nothing to help. There are so many people in the west especially black American, Caribbeans, European, etc who want to purchase property but are terrible afraid of the lack of honesty. How is the government handling this issue, and why is it that the Chinese, white european and other non-blacks are not being scammed out of their money in Africa, is it because Africa is only interested in catering to the non-black population?

Tanzanians Naturally they don't like Kenyans coz of our too much of English which makes us according to them loose our Afrikanism or Culture. So there's that hatte hattey feeling towards Kenyans even though we're all Afrikans! North Afrikan Arabs they only Subscribe to Islamic League of Nations and they Hate Blacks as they always say Kafiir" in anycase how many Black Afrikans have bought properties in these Countries i.e Egypt etc? Please let us invest in us n just us ..our own whoo look like us!" Thanks for the feedback. Our clients are situated globally and the reason why we mostly use English to advertise is that we have many people buying from us and some of them are foreigners and don't understand Swahili language.
Please to all of yu Real Estate Agents, please develop a mechanism whereby all these Apartments/Houses or even Land/plots are only sold to indigenous Kenyans and Never 2 Foreigners i.e(Colonisers/Racists,Indian s,Arabs or Asians) and also consider thevfact that they have so much money at their disposal either from their endless Oil or stable Economies at the detriment of Afrika Countries. Foreigners shud buy on leasehold under 20yrs and renewable tenure after proper Govt scrutiny! Remember, factors of Economic production is Land and Houses. My question..did our forefathers fought 4 our lands/country only just for us to sell these apartments cheap to former Coloniser i.e Foreigners/Arabs,Whites n Indians? Robert Mugabe fought for his Land from Whites/Colonisers back into the Hands of Zimbabweans! It was for a reason..just take time to understand. Yu can never sell Land or Houses with title deeds to Foreigners, not unless yu have no value for ur ownself and the dignity of ur Land and Forefathers! Remember they paid the heaviest price ever with their Blood! Sell these Properties but only to Indigenous Kenyans please! 1day,u'll come to realise what I've said 2day.! By the way,how many Kenyans can afford to buy Apartments in US,CHINA,DUBAI,SAUDI A,Europa,Australia!!!!????
