For a 40 minute video please place time stamps, it's not that hard. A viewer should have the ability to easily jump to a specific part of the house they want to see. Otherwise great job

YES. The videos are much too long and he rambles on too much. Wish he would just get to the point. People with lives don't have 40mins to over a hour just to see 1 home. It's ridiculous. So I agree as well.

I always thought the same way. Glad at least some viewers are honest. Videos much too long, too much woman like talking and wish he would stop speaking in slang while in a professional field. Saying yeah yeah yeah so much isn't professional at all. Also, dresses a bit too flashy with odd color shoes on all the time. Just too much wasting time laughing and doing nothing.

@@melodyrounds3561 it's funny because me and my wife thought the same way. Like why is this guys videos so long and drawn out. People have lives and don't have over an hours watching him speak so badly. I can't stand hearing him say yeah so much. It's ridiculous

In the small office space .... that sliding wooden door is known as a 'Barn Door' .... Barn doors have that rolling fixtures at the top.

I don't feel this house, probably because I don't have the quoted price/amount yet😂 but also the garden space too small/ inaccessible, neighbors too close, but very modern which is a good thing. But it's Lavington, I get it.

Don't get me wrong this house is nice as well but there is no way they should be priced the same as the other ones. The other ones are a different level and 200sqm is a huge difference as well

Me and my wife feel the same way. Too long of videos. He doesn't even say much except talk back n forth with the person with the camera which is a waste of time. Wish he would also use a different word besides yeah. It's annoying.

Nice walkthrought - please add this information for the potential buyers - orientation- location materials used - systems of comfort eg heating etc,electrical systems , materials used and just a blue print of the floor plan just a simple one to get a sense of the layout ...yeah 👍 this helps alot of people who cant tour the homes and would loke to buy something @mansaplus
