Finally a studio apartment that makes sense unlike the other one you showcased the other day.... My concerned or should i say complains have been addressed here... 1. There's a balcony and spacious one, 2. There's a washing area in fact a room with enough space.. 3. The kitchen has enough space and a counter top is a plus.. Quick question does the house come with the oven? At least the cook top is a four burner and enough storage space in the Kitchen.. The disappointing bit is the Kitchen sink.. The developer needs to put a modern sink. if you could also include the service charges it would be nice.. Though the apartment is pricey but again the location.. i love it.
