As a master in the filter area on the shopfloor, Isa Cicek is responsible for 73 employees.
Isa is in charge of warehouse management and picking customer orders. He oversees the entire process and firmly believes that the job can only be done through teamwork and effective communication. After more than 20 years of working at MAHLE, he has performed every possible task and looks forward to the future with great optimism.
