In this month's dividend portfolio update for June 2024, I'll share how my dividend portfolio performed in the last 30 days along with which dividend stocks I bought and how much my dividend income increased by. We'll also be discussing any updates to my dividend stock watchlist, and I'll share my upcoming plans for this dividend portfolio in June 2024.

Went to 200k in my dividend portfolio. Will sell single stocks and move more to ETFs and REITs to balance it and reduce risk. Keep happy investing! And in addition safe the time to make research for single stocks and work on some side projects and try to get may pay raise to invest even more!

I finished up this month. Bought some ABBV, LOW, WM, KO and a lot of JNJ. I have about half my stocks at the allotted amount of shares for the year goal.

@@rynewilliams 30 shares of ABBV, 10 LOW, 10 WM, 20 KO(reached) and 20 JNJ. Also want 30 shares of APPL, 20 PEP and 10 of MSFT but APPL keeps going up and got in on MSFT in the 200s so hard to pull the trigger to buy it.

May was a solid month, end up near the top. Added new position of DGRO. Other then that May was the biggest month of income for me. $400+. Making me a happy camper.

This month I didn’t do much. In my Roth IRA sold my last 5 shares of C on 5/13 and bought CRM @$215.00 on 5/30.

The SBUX slowdown is from the economy. A relative of mine is a manager of a Starbucks store, and this was the first time ever she didn’t qualify for her bonus. But the economy will turn around, so now is a good time buy shares while the price is down. Think long term. I have 2,000 and raking in the dividends. Have you looked at JAAA as a steady dividend play? Not much price growth, but consistent monthly dividends.

SBUX is a great buy now. I didn’t have it up until the last dip, when it went to low $70s, got the dip. Now up almost 10% Did the very same thing with CRM and CVS. I still think that they are very undervalued.

Please let us know how SBUX goes. I used to go 5-10X week when I worked at an office (had 4 in a five min walk, now only 1 exists). Since WFH, i go maybe 1x/mo.

I'm back in the green on MO. I will finally be exiting on Monday, It will mostly go into V and O where the prices are now. J&J is quite a bit below my avg cost so prob will average down a bit in it also.

Hey Fam RynƎ we did pretty good actually; my first move for the week is to get rid of Foot Locker; as it is no longer a dividend paying company Lucky move here guys; got FL at 22.7 and about to sell it at 27.6 if it drops; I am still learning I started August 2022; so im still a baby student with Buffet and Charlie as minƎ Fairly OddParents; my portfolio performance was amazing it made a nice jump 10k to 12k

I have been watching your vids for while now and just wondering any tips on starting a dividend portfolio at 18 with around 3k of savings, I have already started buying some O and several ETFs and have a majority of it in the Trading 212 cash ISA and currently making around 12GBP a month in interest and dividends . Anything I could maybe improve on. Thanks.

Great job getting started my friend! If I was you, I would just keep rocking with the ETFs. From there, spend some time learning more about how to analyze companies, and then you can put that knowledge to work picking more individual companies (if you want). Some people end up just sticking with ETFs, which is totally fine. You just have to come to determine how hands-on you want to be with everything

Are you not concerned that you will make to much money to contribute to your roth throughout the year? I usually wait until the end of the year to contribute directly into my roth. I have heard that getting any financial gains fom any investments that you have gained throughout the year on investments that you made that year is a pain.

Hey man is there any way to figure out your own personal dividend growth rate if your portfolio manger doesn’t have the information. Also if my dividend yield is 1.9% what dose that mean for $ amount per share? Any way you could assist me in this

My spreadsheet calculates your portfolio’s overall dividend growth rate. That’s the only way I know what mine is. And if your dividend yield is 1.9%, that would mean that you’re generating $19 in dividends for every $1,000 you have invested

It randomly happens from time to time - some sort of connection issue between Google and FinViz. It’ll correct itself at some point soon. It usually takes a short matter of days

Would love to hear your opinion on strategy about europian stocks, they usually pay dividend once a year, would you buy and leave or buy and sell after div, and switch to other companies. Real example, P911n porsche seems undervalued and a good stock, but I have a hard time just leaving it and waiting for a full year for div. But at same time, company seem really good and some gains on price might be lost if exiting position ? Thanks man

In general, I'm not a fan of buying a stock and then exiting right after you receive the dividend. I'm more so a fan of just buying and holding onto companies you believe will be good investments over a long period of time
