This channel is all about reaching financial freedom with dividend investing. Here, I am documenting my investing journey, and hope to inspire and motivate others to start investing for themselves. I want to show that if I can do this, then so can each and every one of you.
What stocks, ETFs and index funds pay out mostly qualified dividends? I'm very heavy in non-qualified dividends and distributions, and want to balance out my portfolio.
Big fan of Visa! Just loaded the boat myself. I pretty much did the exact same thing you did here except I sold AVGO. Great minds think alike man! Just got to the second half of the video , I also loaded up on Vici too. Man our week has been exactly the same lol
I would like to see a video about dividend ETF’s (I know a lot of the main focus for most of us dividend investors is on SCHD atm) but like a 3 ETF dividend portfolio would be really unique
@@sethryanweatherwax247 thank you for the suggestion. You might be interested in this video where I rank the top 10 dividend ETFs from best to worst: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oej-s62Zfy0.html
The level of professionalism and expertise that Adrian Ruthnik brings to the table is unmatched. Their ability to recover stolen cryptocurrency is remarkable.
@@rynewilliams hi ryne. I see the free cash flow yield for costco is currently $1.98 on seeking alpha. The free cash flow per share is $16.71 How did you get to the desired price of $464.16?
@@rynewilliams I'm sorry. It's probably simple, but I'm still not getting it. What numbers are you using exactly to get to $464? I've watched this video repeatedly.
@@miken563 I used the same $16.71 as you, and I SHOULD HAVE divided that by 3.36%, but I’m just now learning that instead I accidentally divided it by 3.6% to get the $464. So dividing it by 3.36% would give you a share price of about $497
Bought 5 shares of VICI when dropped.. DCA into JNJ LOW and PEP before they took off Question why is Yahoo finance calling WBA best high yield stock and showing its free cash flow as growing?( able to cover dividends?) TIA
I’m brand new to investing. I have an employer 401k but I am looking to start a brokerage account outside of that. I have Webull but am nervous about the taxes because I’m going to start out only investing in VOO $5 a day everyday. Is your Charles Schwab account a broker account or another IRA account?
Hey Ryan, First I want to thank you for your service and work, I appreciate it. Please take a look at these 3 assets and let us know what you think. I have a plan, but would appreciate your feedback and input. ABNY, NVDY & YMAX. Thank you in advance for your time… looking forward to hearing back from you.
This is an interesting one Ryne. I will pay more attention to this metric in the future. Makes a lot of sense and thanks for breaking it down so easy to digest and providing directions on how to look it up!
I couldn't find the FFO Yeild (TTM) for Allied Properties, so I totaled the FFO for each of the last four quarters and divided by the current share price, giving 14.2%. Did I do the math right? The share price being in the dirt makes the ratio look high.
