In this video I wanted to show you around one of my most recent house flip. A 3 bedroom terraced house in the North West of England. I have done a full house renovation ready to flip this house and make what we expect to be £35,000.

After flipping a number of houses, I know one of the keys is to check in on my renovations before signing off the work that has been done. This property was about 1 week out from being fully renovated and I wanted to make sure it was looking ready to go! I hope you enjoy the video and I'll see you in the next one!

Looks like a great house for someone to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your numbers. There’s still a huge amount of people who put similar videos out there with no figures. So this is much appreciated.

Love this! Will you stage before you sell?

Not this one. I’d stage it if it was a £250k property or more

Why do you not furnish inside? Sell it as a final product/finish versus a blank canvas. I’m debating between leaving my properties blank canvas (I think it’s more ideal for smaller houses as people have things they want to move in with). And then furnish and create a final product so to speak with more expensive houses to kinda sell a lifestyle/vibe. What’s your opinion on it?

as someone who looks to buy my first home and i dont have a big budget i rather buy a house unfurnished and buy my own stuff that i want rather then pay for existing furniture only to throw it because i dont have the same taste as the flipper

Hi jack great info. I need a question answered. I’m a single mum in a shitty job, 23k p/a with NHS. I own my house outright in Wellingborough, value 250 -300k ( it’s big). Credit needs improving but I have 100% equity. I seen a house I love for £550k near kids school and with a business turning 52k (cattery). What financial product can make this happen? Or should I drop the dream? I just have no clue how to get out of the house I’m in. Cheers in advance. Xx

I think a bridge secured by the property you own right might be it… take a look into bridging loans

How do you get around having to keep for 6 months before selling?

You don’t have to wait 6 months before selling. That’s a myth

As a property developer for over 35 years I’d say the hassle you’d be put through isn’t worth 30k which after tax is nowhere near the effort put in I don’t purchase a so called flip if I’m making anything bellow £60k

Thanks for sharing your reality - I think for many people however, £30,000 is a life changing amount of money

@AM-lr2ed but you don't understand the time, effort and money put in, in order to flip it. Sometimes the project can take 6 -12 months. That's a lot of time
