Dear Ms. Musayeva, I have watched many etiquette experts/online finishing schools on RU-vid, but I think you are very unique. Why? While many of them are elitist, you are not concerned with class and instead you are showing us etiquette is the art of politeness and kindness to others, not affluence and elitism. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with the world😊 ❤️ ❤️ Love, ĐanAnh
**_Makeup Etiquette/Hygiene Rules-_** 1. Always check Expiration Date 2. Buy the "Smart" size 3. Buy in bulk; If you like or use the product more often 4. Avoid sharing makeup ; especially when it's used directly on the skin. 5. Keep your makeup Clean. 6. Take your OWN makeup items with you 7. Occasion & Time of the day are important (Lighter makeup for the daytime ; Darker makeup for nighttime) (Highlight either Eyes or Lips ; eg. with heavy eye makeup go soft with the lips) 8. Glitters, Highlights & Heavy Contour in the Evening. 9. Wear it at home Before wearing outside 10. Your Makeup should compliment your Outfit
I would love a video about personal hygienes, perfume use for different occasions and the etiquette surrounding the topic of personal hygiene in general❤❤❤ Thank you
I would love a video on fragrance, self care or dressing etiquette! You just look like you smell amazing all the time and of course you always look so polished!
I see a growing trend in being more conscious about health than beauty. The fact that we now read labels and cautiously look into what we put on our skin goes to prove that.
@@dima-jw7lt what about plastic surgeries?? That constant pursuit of looking beautiful ,the magazines' promotion of one type of body shape,I am not denying that there are more and more people who advise variety and that we're beautiful no matter what's our skin colour or shape .
@@AmiNa-nw5ld not all plastic surgeries look good too, they ruin ratio of the face or body. Maybe look sexy but not beautiful and elegant. Some microbladed eyebrows look like angrybirds eyebrows. And fashion, some shoes boots etc. look like bear feet or raven clawn. Weird shoulder design dresses etc. etc. When I look ancient time people or medieval to 1960's people really look good and elegant. But then, I don't think so. Even goes for paintings, buildings etc. of modern times...
I now realise how much money I wasted in buying the cosmetics specially lipsticks that i will never need. I have around 200 lipstick shades. Thank you for reminding the smplicity we need in this era of complexities.
I admire you so much, in a world full of Kardashians you are a true Diana 🥰 Would LOVE to see your favourite skincare products, I also believe that skincare is much more important than makeup. Best wishes ☺️
Diana would never use herself to imply shes better than other women, neither would the woman on the video since she said that everyone is different and unique and that should be cherished. The Kardashians are businesses woman, know how to sell their image like nobody else and we can’t deny they have a huge influence. That statement of yours sounded like a 12 yo who desperately want to be “not like others girl” would say lol
@@carolinaflorencio9743 im sorry but the girl in the video portrays a not realistic version of herself and tries to make money of that so lets just put that out there before giving her any passes here
@@DarkKittycat??? What about her is not real? She is just a normal, beautiful young woman. Maybe her look and her behavior is not normal in your country? In Europe most women just use a little makeup. She lives in Eastern Europe and traveled a lot. So her look is very much European. You need to watch Andreea Ali from Paris, Aly Art and Lisa Eldridge. Make up artists with real skills. Not just salespersons for ridiculous products. If Kar - trashians look like normal people to you, this explains a lot.
Jamila 😚😚 I want you to make a video about your journey from being an American student to an International social etiquette consultant. 🤗🤗(With the degree and courses you had pursued) ❤️❤️
Make-up etiquette: 1. Expiration date matters 2. Buy the size you will use within the expiration period 3. If you like it, buy it in bulk 4. Do not share 5. Clean daily 6. Take your items with you when using professional services 7. Should depend on occasion, time, etc. 8. Heavier make-up in the evening/night 9. Should compliment your overall look
What do you mean with feminine hygiene? Tampons, sanitary pads and vinyl cups for menstruation? Raw beauti Kristy did a video on cups for menstruation. Maybe this is for you. I recommend to drink lots of juice containing iron like natural red currant or red grape juice. Helps your body to recover from loss of blood. Furthermore vitamin b and magnesium.
You are truly a woman of substance... a role model so worth emulating. Would love to watch a video on A Day in the Life of Jamila (a typical day) or What I eat in a day....
Hi Jamila! I really like your channel! Im entering my 30s and i am a newly wed, and your content has greatly inspired me to become a classy and sophisticated woman.💞 can you please have a topic on: etiquette for holidays (gift giving, parties), also im starting my beauty and skincare business, if you have business etiquette for women, catering to women it will be a great help! Thank you and stay safe! 🎀
Hi Jamila. I would love to watch a video about ettiquette while being a mother. I feel like motherhood can get really messy and I find myself covered in dirt and crazy situations most of the day. Not elegant at all 😂
Well, being elegant with a baby is easy... Get a nanny 😉. For all normal women it is just a challenging time. Always carry a bag with diapers, wet wipes and some clean clothes with you. And a plastic bag for the dirty things. Cover your shoulder with a towel whenever you carry the baby. Next year the toddler will be running and you can dress more elegant and stay clean. I promise. Better wait five years until having the next baby and give yourself a break to sleep and become a lady in between babies 😉
2 min in and I couldn't love this more. What I love the most about Jamila and her videos is that her knowledge always reminds me to read more, be more curious and notice all the beauty around 💜 If you're reading this and no one has told you that today - you're beautiful 💖
@@JamilaMusayeva thank you for all you do. I listened to an interview you did and absolutely love the aspirations you have for your students and how much you want to educate them. So admirable ✨
i thought i’m the only one who prefers a bb cream over foundation. no matter what formulation and shade of the foundation i buy, it somehow ends up looking off on me
@@DarkKittycat If you don't like her video, you could ignore. We all need her experiences and her lessons. When being at home, be yourself. However, in business environment and in modern life, etiquette is really important to show our respect to everyone, to show how much good and valuable we are. Be calm!
Thank you for your videos , just kindly want to ask about 2 things ,,,1_how to ride a stair and body movements while going either up or down ,,,,,, 2_ how to control face expressions while speaking , and hide anger while we need to keep quiet ? Thank you
Jamila I loved all the points, particularly about not sharing make up. Whenever I got my make up done professionally, I would always ask to use my own products. I didnt know why, but something about sharing make up products didnt feel right to me. When friends would ask to share, I sometimes would feel shy to decline but often found myself either telling them it suits them and to keep it or secretly throwing the item away afterwards (lipsticks especially) I'm very happy to hear you emphasise this point 😄
Try a to do list on a calendar. I would be lost without my calendar. Do some things on one specified day of the week or specified hour of day always. E. G. Monday morning new towels and new bedsheets. Wash right away and put the new things on while the washing machine is still running. Check emails or social channels once at nine and once at two every day in the office. This will take too much time if you check more often. Take maximum one hour to answer them. Write down your meal plan in your calendar. You will buy too much groceries if you don't have a plan when to cook which things. Plan 15 minutes in morning and afternoon for sports like gymnastics and 5 minutes rest before you go on with your day. Plan a day of fun, relaxing and meeting friends in between.
We have a lot of the same products I noticed. I got really excited about that. Also, you should do a video on skincare and your personal collection. I am more obsessed with skincare than make up too. c:
Hello, Jamila! I love your channel. I've recommended it to some people who teach etiquette too. You are amazing and inspiring and my new role model. Thank you for all your time and precious information! I will be happy to know how you educate and speak to your children and other family members, what is your everyday life, your hobbies and what do you think about feminity and homemaking.
I really love the way u speakkk😣I wish i have that kind of voice😣😣My voice is like a siren😂😂😂and a horse that lose in a race😂😂😂HAHAHA anyway, LOVE YOUUR VIDSSS ILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOUUU❤️❤️
I'm also a more skincare person than makeup but I also love to do subtle makeup look just like yours. I really learnt so much from you. And I really do practice. Thanks for creating this channel. lots of love ❤️. Stay safe and happy.
I love this fashion and style videos. What I would like to see would be something like your daily routine or something. Especially how you do to stay so calm and centered. Do you do yoga? Do you meditate? My life goal is to become this calm.
I have one suggestion for you and that's please put sections in your video which is like 15+ mins as it'll be easy for us to reach to the point where we want while showing it to our friends/family.
This is the video in my 15 plus years of RU-vid I’ve been looking for, someone who actually cares about makeup, who makes you feel like you don’t even need it. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for the excellent video. I am a more of a skincare person, so I buy sunscreen and the products I use on a daily basis in bulk. I have hardly touched my cosmetics since the beginning of the pandemic. I look forward to wearing makeup regularly again, but I will look for fresh new makeup (not in bulk, thanks for the advice) as soon as we are free to go out again. Thank you also for the suggestions! I will check them out! ♥️💋💄😊
Really enjoying your videos. Can you do a video about career networking etiquette? I’m looking for a job and unsure how to approach people (in person and online).
I have seen so many "etiquette " videos and been research for YEARS, and trying so hard on my own, im very "old fashioned" and wanted to present myself as a "proper lady" finding these videos FINALLY makes me feel and have the confidence that and knowledge on how to do just that. THANK YOU SO MUCH for these videos and tips. It really helps me feel like I'm getting my life together a little better.
Thanks so much for your time and effort you put into your videos. I may have an idea for a possible video. Being that you are naturally soft spoken, it would be great for you to teach us how to speak like that. I'm from NYC and my family is from Puerto Rico, and we tend to talk loudand fast, but sometimes it is very wise to speak in low tones at a small get-together or a dinner. I don't think we have to talk so loud all the time like we are at a rock concert. I for one need some tips and lots of practice. 😆
I just wish I could be a little bit like you.. You are everything that a women is supposed to be like ❤️ wish I could see your bloopers or perhaps you hardly have any.. Love from India 🇮🇳
Hi jamila, please can you make a video about your skincare routine and your skincare and body care products. by the way I really love your videos🤗. thank you for always providing quality content.
Thank you for this video! May I ask you what edition is the beautiful book about Monica Bellucci on your table? I didn't even know there were books about her and I love her very much. Have a beautiful day
