Most of the tasks that "will only take 5 minutes" are not completed even after spending half an hour on them. You should ask yourself, will it really take 5 minutes? What about follow-up action, what if people reply straight away and you end up in a chain of emails, etc. People are generally bad at estimating time. For me it works better to tackle 2 minute tasks instead of 5 minute tasks as the video suggests. Get the 2 minute task done in 5 minutes and move on. The rest needs proper planning and prioritization.
If you see anyone apart from a royal family doing it then blindly except that they belong to poorer European countries mainly from the East. They do many such things out of inferiority complex. 😂😂😂😂😂
