This is Robert Lang Studios in Seattle where Kurt Cobain and Nirvana recorded their last ever song and the Foo Fighters Dave Grohl recorded their first album entirely on his own. I’m taking you inside the studio for an exclusive tour given by Chris the studio manager and co-owner. Oh, Soundgarden also have been in here and members of Pearl Jam. WHAT?? That’s right. This is THE place in Seattle for established and up and coming artists. oh ya, and apparently it’s haunted! Bit of a ghost story in this video too. Jam-packed.

Foo Fighters is the eponymous debut studio album by American rock band Foo Fighters, released on July 4, 1995 by Roswell and Capitol Records. Dave Grohl wrote and recorded the entire album himself, apart from a guest guitar spot by Greg Dulli, with the assistance of producer Barrett Jones at Robert Lang Studios in Seattle, Washington, in 1994. He claimed that he recorded the album just for fun, describing it as a cathartic experience to recover from the death of Nirvana bandmate Kurt Cobain.
