Hey this is sick! A shout out to the Valley, I'm glad the elites have found it as an asset for training, at least for part of the year!

More “teams” will be the trend and future of our sport. It creates a whole different relationship to the sport for the fans. It’s wonderful to be invested in a single athlete and to follow them. It’s a whole different level of engagement to follow a team, get to know the elements of the team, 15 - 20 team mates across many events, the support systems, sponsors, training methods, and on, and On… It’s been wonderful to watch the class of 2024 from the NCAA sign deals and join their respective teams. It’s created some anticipation and links to the NCAA and High School programs across the nation. Track and Running hold a special place in human development and it’s been long coming to get the sport into a format that can then compete for general sporting fan eyeballs and resources.
