The whole headset thing and them being able to talk to riley like inner thoughts and stuff is literally what Outside In was doing to make riley go insane 💀💀
@@MrChipathenIsMyDoggoI think it's hilarious that fear was going to be a antagonist in the first movie especially with his personality in later on as the movie developed.
@@JoelDaAmazingGD Its a fan animation on yt from years ago. Its basically a horror version of Inside Out. Pretty gory and traumatizing for me personally cause i was like 11 when i saw it 😃
if near the ending of inside out taught us anything, its that a glass jar wont hold anger back for very long, all they have to do is tick him off enough again lol
In the trailer it shows the main emotions being bottled up and becoming suppressed So I think the other new emotions are meant to be the suppressed emotions This explains why the others don’t show these emotions because they learned to suppress them
@@J.P.Roblesmakes sense. Especially with the deleted scenes from the first movie that I keep hearing about where you have the main emotions and the others are just roaming around the mind while waiting for their turn in the control room
Maybe it's just me but, I find it interesting that Anxiety seems to be the main antagonist of the film. But, it also does make sense. Inside Out 2 is going to emotional destroy me! LOL.
I remember someone pointed out how that the mom in Inside 2 didn't had those 4 new emotions; anxiety, envious, embarrassment and.... Boredom (?) It means she grew OUT of them when she grew up. I wonder if you can touch on that subject if other emotions can come and go as human grow up.
Well it was shown by everyone the core 5 are inside everyone from the previous movie, the short, and now again. No sign of those other emotions and I feel they will need to explain that moving forward. I can see your point but I think most of those new emotions can easily reside in adults. Even if strongest person is sad say over loss of love one they can pretty much deal with both anxiety and anger over it. I don’t think any new emotions completely disappear, but they can be a level or two lower than the core 5 as an adult. The other emotions still get their turns or the core 5 call upon them when they feel they need them. This is only thing I can guesstimate. Or it’s just a plot hole they over looked during the first one when their was no plan for another.
One thing I noticed In the trailer is sadness seems to be distant from the other members a couple of times in the trailer, leading me to believe that sadness at some point will get lost or runaway.
I think that the new emotions are basically made up of the 2 of the core/main emotions. And that’s what Anxiety means when she says Riley needs more sophisticated emotions. Hear me out on this: Envy: Made up of sadness and disgust hence she’s turquoise (blue and green make turquoise) when feeling envy we are sad that we don’t have what others have while also feeling some kind of disgust/contempt towards us or others. Ennui: she’s basically just two times sadness hence an even darker blue. Embarrassment: not too sure about this one but red (anger) and purple (fear) make up his color (pink). I guess when we are feeling embarrassed there is a lot of fear involved but also some kind of anger towards us for being embarrassing or others for making us feel embarrassed. Anxiety: Red (anger) and yellow (joy) would make up her color (orange). But that does not really seem to make sense to me. Joy makes sense in a way that Anxiety is like joy. Like she says, she plans for the future so she is trying to acquire joy in Riley’s life just like joy. However she uses more selfish and drastic measures than joy, so maybe that’s where anger comes in.
I originally thought Envy will be taking what Fear’s role would have been in the original movie’s concept art. However, Anxiety is a better choice as Fear constantly does get mixed in with Anxiety.
I really think that inside out should have been a one-off movie and probably didn't need a sequel. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of continuing the story but maybe a TV show or a mini-series would have been okay to explore the characters after the events of the movie.
Inside Out had to many what ifs for it to be The standard for how we all grow up. What if BingBong Made it to Headquarters . What she been developing or addling on to Her island between 3 and 11
I think Inside Out 2 is delivering a promising features like I heard there will be a couple of New Emotions. My predictions for new emotions: 1. Chilled 2. Mindfulness 3. Love 4. Hate I do feel Anxiety and Envy are the Villains into inside out because Envy may come out sweet and warm but there is a dark side that I see and Anxiety, I feel she might do something right but she will end up doing wrong That is my absolute theory of Inside Out 2
I think the new trailer and new emotions all are interesting and it looks like Anxiety is going to make the same mistake as Joy did in the first movie by being controlling.
It’s convenient that all 5 original cast of emotions leave headquarters. Because Joy 😃 and Sadness 😭 were the first 2 emotions, and the left headquarters in the first movie. 🍿 🎥 🎦 And 92nd comment.
Despite me being worried about Inside Out getting a sequel and angry that Forgetters being jerks to the emotions in the teaser (the emotions really gotta confront them and them to quit messing with Riley’s mind and memories!), I DO have a theory for this sequel AND the Disney+ show they’re making. Originally there were going to be 55 emotions, maybe in the new show the other 46 emotions will appear gradually
Hey Issac Carson I really like your videos. They are unique. I hope you do a review of the trailer for The Wild Robot. It’s a great trailer and it would be a shame not to review it. Please think about it.
As you mentioned, given how Sadness (my favourite❤) was instantly drawn to Embarrassment, I feel like there’ll be something around: each basic emotion connecting and working with their ‘adequate’ new emotion e.g. Fear with Anxiety, Sadness with Embarrassment etc. And maybe, the movie will be about how to accept all these emotions instead of fighting them and how to: 1. Make them work together in a healthy way (as in how to ultimately make the best ‘reasonable’ decisions for Riley) 2. How to express them in a healthy way 3. How to canalise them in a healthy way I have yet to find that out for myself 😂 I can’t waaaait to watch the movie!
I think that Joy is going to help Anxiety to see that Ridley isn't going to change. Change can be good, but anxiety has to learn not to change too much. There is probably a life lesson here, but what do you think it is?
I just love the complexity of what this movie could bring when it comes to the emotions, because as much as I love the first movie I do feel like they played it safe with the emotions by choosing the more basic emotions, and I can’t wait to see what these new more complex emotions have to bring to the table or I guess you could say the console😄
I predict the main theme of the film will be self-confidence. Not only for Riley transitioning into adolescence, but for the main five emotions, particularly Joy. With the introduction of new emotions, she may feel like, with Sadness, she will have to step back and let them take control. However, this may lead to the new emotions kicking the original emotions out of headquarters. Joy develops a backbone to say no, and perhaps we could see an emotions vs emotions fight and then a reconciliation. And then the new emotions die as Riley transitions out of adolescence
I've seen a theory floating around that since each non-Joy emotion has a new counterpart, we might end the movie by the arrival of a new "teenage" counterpart for her? Potentially having a romantic relationship? Care to weigh in?
8:00 I’m so glad someone other than me noticed this, and this little detail in the movie is why I’m planning to see it, to celebrate the first animated movie to have representation of hand drawn animation as something people can do.
The similarities of the emotions Disgust and Envy-they're both kinda negative,if you see someone with someone else you'll be disgusted and like"eww, they shouldn't be with them they should be with me instead" and the crazy ex's when they're envious they can be very destructive and destroy stuff too Anxiety and fear-they're both the scared ones and freak out about stuff Sadness and embarrassment- they're both the quiet ones
Let me guess Disney, inside out 2 is going to be about Riley coming out as lgbt crap? I mean, her sweater in the previous movie had rainbow colors, do idk.
If I had to be fair with all of you I don’t think the new emotions will be the villains of inside out 2 because I feel like the new emotions are just doing they’re job and the new emotions will redeem themselves at the end or at least some point in the film That’s just my theory tho so it might be false or true
Hi Isaac! My favorite videos of yours lately have been your Inside Out 2 videos! It’s my favorite movie and I can’t wait to see it in June. I love going into the small details of the trailer(like the animation desks) and hope to find other small meaningful details throughout the whole movie!
I think you're missing a thing after that memory lake scence thing and we see quote all the core emotion or atleast if you don't pay attention anyway we see them standing on the other side of the long-term or a part or a piece broken or the back I don't know but from that scene over like I said earlier that we see quote on quote the all 5 core emotion or primary or og what ever but if you look closely sadness is missing
Hm, very interesting and good points, i could see this be the case, actually this does seem to be the case based on what has already been shown to us, Regardless, we’ll have to see what will be the case, You laid all of this out very well, good job.
I like how those little beings in Riley’s mind that is doing the construction are essentially cells as those little things have nucleus in them. Think that is a really great detail how scientific they could go.
