I LOVE Inside out. Right next to Toy Story its my favorite Pixar movie. But I felt its weakest point was the cliche moving to a new town. I would have LOVED to see something more dramatic happen to Riley, making it more challenging for the emotions. Like maybe a pet dying, or maybe her parents having another baby, or maybe even Riley being older with a boyfriend. Just feel like it would have made it even more powerful, since we see the 'moving to a new town' SO much

This is the fulfillment of Pixar's "what if __________ had feelings?". Because since then Pixar Animators wanted to put up Feelings and Emotions on their Characters, from Toys to Emotions.

After seeing this, it became my absolute favorite animated film! 12/10!!! I mean it!

I remember I thought this film sucked before I saw it. Then my teacher had me and my fellow classmates watch it in Computer Graphics in Art and Design class. Welp, glad my past self was wrong.

Story: 9/10 Animation: 10/10 Chatacters: 9/10 9/10 Little Critic: Emotional, Heartwarming and Funny, Inside Out brings back Pixar as a new masterpeace.

A little tidbit I like when it comes to the animation is if you look close at the emotions (this is also seen in close ups) there's particles coming off of them. I don't know why I like it, maybe its for asthetics.

Refusing seeing this in theaters is probably my biggest loss. HOW COULD I REFUSE A PIXAR MOVIE?

I LOVE how you don't address how Joy was a jerk to Sadness and controlled the other emotions(slightly) to the point where they fell apart without them both.😒 Otherwise great review!😃

I love inside out I like the development between joy and sadness

Awesome review! Inside Out is one of my favorite movies ever!

I thought this movie would just do okay but my god, everyone in the film reviewing industry is giving it the highest praise ever (Some even say it's the best Pixar film). I can't wait to see Inside Out next Tuesday, it's really going to be something special by the sounds of it.

"Inside Out's idea has been done before" Correct. And so has the Toy Story movies and Monster's Inc.

Now I want to see an idea like this expanded on for those with mental issues like Asperger's/Autism, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and Depression.

I will bet you a million bucks that if this movie becomes incredibly successful (which it most likely will), it's going to be the Frozen hatred all over again, saying "it's so overrated". Seriously just wait, it'll happen, trust me.

I hope they make a sequel. Mabye a TV series? A Broadway musical? Or a ride at disney?

When I saw this movie, I was extremely tired. So my only problem with the movie was that it dragged on, but in reality I wanted to go to bed. Watching it again, I was more invested to the plot and characters, and the setting reminds me of Monsters Inc. with the emotions working together like it's a job. (Monsters Inc. is my favorite Pixar Film) So only watch this movie if you're not tired.

My scores: Story:10 Animation:10 Characters:10 Basically one of the best movies of all time.

Honestly the concept is similar to the Numbskulls, a British kid's comic that's been going on for over a decade in the Beano.

Thats the whole point. Joy is the most human like emotion because she is the most like Riley. She is Riley, but Riley isnt her, and during the film Joy's design changing slightly, straying away from the human design into a more emotion like design.

I actually really liked this movie. I didn't think I would like it that much, but I watched it, and it actually made me cry. It made me cry because I could relate to Riley, especially the ending(not saying because of spoilers), made me cry. First (and hopefully only) movie to make me cry. 9/10 for me. (Incredibles is still the best Pixar movie IMO.)

Is Inside Out the first animated movie to get a perfect score from you? You've definitely raised my hopes for the movie.

There are only three movies that ever made me cry: Dumbo, What Dreams May Come, and this movie. However, this is probabably the movie that made me cry the most frequently (only 3 scenes; Dumbo I cry with one scene; What Dreams May Come has two scenes, but compared to Dumbo and Inside Out, I was crying WAAAY harder"

Am I the only one that feels like this movie extra long? Like not by looking at the run time, but I felt like I was in the theater forever not counting the ads and credits.

They _do_ look simplistic It was because of that reason that I thought this was a 3rd company movie

(Spoilers ahead!) If there is going to be a sequel to this film, there should be a villain called Vice. His frame would be based on an inverted pentagram with a face resembling Chernabog from Night on Bald Mountain and he would be orange as a mockery of Joy and Anger. He would be born from the forgotten abyss during the time Anger, Disgust and Fear were making Riley choose to run away, almost committing the sin of treason upon one's family (until Sadness stopped it from happening) and his scheme is to sneak into the control room pretending to be the originally deleted character, Surprised, and shove Fear, Disgust and in particular, Sadness, out leaving Joy and Anger under his control like expelling the cold colors and leaving the warm colors in. Rather than trying to find a way back to the control room, Sadness, Disgust and Fear discover that Vice has completely trashed Riley's mined into a nightmare land and will have to clean up the mess in turn foiling Vice's evil plan to manipulate Riley into a criminal... But that's just an idea that showed up in my head.

Pixar now has another case of Sequelitis with finding Dory cars 3 incredibles 2 and now with toy story 4

I was 6 when this came out and found this film really good. I’m 13 now and love inside out since I can understand emotions better.
