I believe. The reason it's not given to the individual is because there are women who go out there and get pregnant and just don't want to keep the kid.
There isn't a single state in the US that denies women IVF or early-stage abortions. Voting on abortion to me represents a demographic of women that want the flexibility to terminate a viable pregnancy in the late trimesters.
Trump's character might not be visibly appropriate, but Harris has a sincere character issue she attempts to hide. The difference is, we see Trump at his worst, and Harris is concealing a level of her personality most people can sense when she interviews.
