I proudly signed up to be an organ donor. I have been through several life-threatening conditions myself. My doctors have told me that I am not supposed to be here today. God is great!!
How's Leah doing now after her heart transplant? My niece had the same condition back in the 80s but at that time they didn't know how to fix it Mandy was on the cutting edge of this procedure.

God doesnt exist! But if he were real whyyyy would Leah want to Thank God? For what? For giving her chronic heart problems at 8 years old? Or the fact that she 90% of her life on a hospital bed. She died. Thats how useless God is!
The delusion of religion as emotional comfort is laid out here for all to see. Praying to a god to kill someone else's child in order to save yours is pathological at its core. And then to still think that a god is at work in the horrific suffering and death of a child and taking comfort in being reunited at death in a fantasy world is even more so. How exactly has your god "blessed" this child?
