The gear I take to the cliff every time I get out. My bag was a total mess of junk. Too many bits never made it out at the end of the day and it was getting a bit much haha. Felt good to get it back to simple and streamline.
The book I love reading to my daughter amzn.to/3SaTSEx

Would love to see a video about how to measure whether or not you have gotten to the sweetspot of load for the day, and I guess by extension how to manage training to avoid injury but still push oneself!

That’s a tricky balance for sure. It’s essentially trial and error I think. And I lean on the side of doing less training because you’ll always have another day on the proj. But if you injure yourself midway through the season…not good

Was shocked to hear you're using a 5/6 year old harness, however after checking BD, their lifespan is now rated at 10 years, and no longer 4/5 years. Every day is a school day!

Yeah many material goods are 10 years now. But always read the labels 😀

I use a bag that has a big zipper at the back (but it's not very comfortable honestly)... I'm curious to know how do you unpack it when getting ready to climb... Do you just get everything out of the bag on the ground everytime? Thanks for the video

I pretty my unpack everything in the bag and spread it out a little bit. Unneeded things will generally go back in the bag, but I’m pretty much working out of an exploded bag through the day. I don’t like hunting for things like spare chalk or nail clippers when I need it pre redpoint

What’s different when you go bouldering? (Apart from leaving sport gear out.)

If you're in a 38 Oasi, what euro size street shoe are you? Oasi's stretched quite a bit but I could only go down 2 euro sizes before foot death.

The cragging I do here means I’m never walking out in the dark. I had one for a while but it just kept on having the battery deplete from no use. Took it out a few years ago and haven’t missed it. Got the phone if need be 😀
