Nice video. I think that the asking sales price is quite high compared to the rental yield (for Kigali). Its a very attractive apartment but the area seems a little "soulless". I'd prefer to be in an area with a little more character and life. However, I think that Vision City is a wonderful concept and I commend the authorities for having the foresight and vision (see what I did there !) in bringing such high quality housing to the market. Its a difficult one for authorities (not just in Rwanda), if they provide only high end properties that are only affordable by the very rich then they are accused of only catering for the upper classes. But if they include more affordable housing they risk not attracting the people who are willing to pay for the higher priced units which is where the money is.... Vision City is targeted at the middle-classes but I think it might be a few years before the middle-classes in Rwanda can really afford these prices, or are willing to pay these prices. Long term, Vision City will be a winner and good investment. Just my opinion.... Thanks for sharing this with us Evelyne, its great to see the wide range of properties available.
