Well done video showing but I would also find useful some drone footage of the neighborhood and how the house fits in with the others.

Why does that lot seem much bigger than 1/4 acre? Seems like it could almost be a full acre there...Could be camera lens or possibly the house is wider than long? Hard to say. That's a huge landscape bill though with all that dirt back there, big blank canvas. That roof deck is dope, lots of possibilities there.

Because it’s a 0.4 acre where the 1/4 acre would be a 0.24 so it’s nearly double the size.

Oh and absolutely, it can cost a pretty penny to finish depending on what you do with it.
