Hello Draymond - Hope this msg reaches you. First thing, I am a fan of Golden State Warriors and I am a general audience. I love Steph, Klay and you. But, I have some inputs for you to make GS a better team. 1. Be more positive and stop thinking about the retirement and make statements like the management should take care of you etc. Please be of the mindset that there is no retirement and you fight like a dog on the court everyday until you no longer can walk. That is how you win another championship. Stop thinking that your 4 championships are your last and it is time to just sit and keep celebrating those titles. 2. Be available for the team. You keep getting suspended for silly reasons. It hurts the team directly. A small guy like Steph can carry so much without much defense in the team. 3. When Steph had Pool as the main second scorer, you hurt the team by punching him and hurt the team chemistry. I hope that thing never happened, what ever might be the reason. Please make sure your team chemistry is strong. 4. Stop trying to laugh out your suspensions. Be more serious and be more focussed and repent for the suspensions rather than taking it easy and be available. This is a repeat point, bcs this is important. GS would have won 5-6 titles already if you were more available, dedicated and make intelligent decisions in few situations. 5. Please do the shows only when you are absolutely free and not on game days, so you can focus on game strategy’s rather than post retirement RU-vid channel content. If you speak about retirement benefits when playing actively, your team will also get lazy and think that the run was over and they start thinking about retirement benefits too. Hope you take it positive Draymond. Let’s go Warriors and let’s win a 5th championship and be among games greatest 5 championship winners like Magic, Duncan. We need a dominate small forward who can score, rebound, and defend! We have to get back to ball and players movement! We must play with pace, up tempo. We have to eliminate high and unforced turnovers. Each player needs to lock in this summer and come back better to win championships. The other teams have improved! Y’all could’ve easily been top 5 seed over dumb games given way. A big reason most of those games were taken were from lead losses up 20+ pts. Y’all didn’t close already won games in the regular season. These can be homework exercises for this tests , the playoffs. Unfortunately many things didn’t go our way, injuries, ejections, roster construction, non developing youth in regular season games, not dynamically adjusting rotations during games. Back to the drawing board for next year. A run is possible with the right prices falling in the right places.
