In 46 years we have not done the handwritten notes. But we say Luz ya or love ya or love you every time either leaving the house or hanging up talking on the phone. This has even been acquired by our kids and grandkids over the years usually.

I wear shoes in my home mostly because I’m constantly coming and going. I don’t want to have to unlace and retie my boots multiple times a day. I’d rather wear them and then take them off when I know I’m done for the day. And I always make sure they’re clean before going in the door.

I read his biography and before queer eye he worked loads and loads doing multiple jobs so he could make ends meet and save up for his clothing company and he always dreamed of a house like this. so it's like seeing a happy person happily in love with their house but it's not a show off (also considering most celebs have multiple houses and don't "use them")

He painstakingly created several businesses that he eventually sold I believe for quite a lot. He says in his book that he could live comfortably/retire at his current age for a good long while, and he's not snobby about his richness which I so appreciate. He understands what being poor is like and doesn't let money get to his head. :) SURELY We can afford at least half of those things one day... lol maybe.

So I don't know why you got this wrong idea. He choose to adopt his husband name because they got married as soon as it was legal. His husband is an artist, but he's formerly a pediatric nurse. and yes they also happen to be good looking so what.
