I was looking for this comment. The interviewer has dissed him multiple times during this video. Even in the end about Dan trying to run for president, the interviewer says, "watching Dan try will be very entertaining''. Reckless trading is a very serious offence considering that he is using investor funds for personal expenses, and the company is still operating at a huge loss. Ignite has massive going concern issues, Im keen to see the audit report that was issued in the recent financial statements of Ignite, lmao, probably an adverse opinion.

But he is overspending and that caused big issue. You can't spend 28milion $ for organizing parties and promoting the brand while making only 2milion$ from sales. I guess his brand as the king of Instagram doesn't work that well. In my opinion if you have 32mil followers you need 0$ for brand promotion because you are the king of advertisement. He is trust fund kid he doesn't know what it means to run company, if you don't know how to run business it might be better idea to start promoting other people products before starting something on your own. He was also buying lot of things for himself and write off as business expenses, thats what put him in trouble.
