HI J, nice showing, one thing I want to request when you do these penthouse tours in high-rises is can you please discuss and/or show in detail any amenities that may come with it? For example, does the building have a private gym, swimming pool, restaurants, or VIP lounge areas, etc.?
I totally agree, very unprofessional and his vocabulary and description of these properties are terrible. I’m sure he’s a nice guy but as a realtor he needs a lot of growing up to do a lot to learn sorry Jason just being honest
@@judithfisboin1125 I think Jason's clientele is young millionaires though. They don't want some stuffy dry person, they want to work with someone more laid back. Also for youtube viewers, it's nice to see someone with a sense of humor, almost like we're watching one of our friends give the tour.
