Hey Jason. Happy Sunday. Oh my. The preview looks amazing. Elevator straight to the unit. Wine cellar. Yess. Nice open concept. I’ll kept it simple. The kitchen is amazing. The tv. 🙌🏼. Large dining could fit 12. Furniture included? 🙌🏼. Yessss. The living room is amazing. Love the 2 seating areas in the rear. The 3 swivel chairs. Men with their old fashioned 🥃 , ladies 🍸. Balcony. Looks like a maze 😂. 1/2 bath. Guest bed. Automatic shades. Definitely a museum. The primary suite. Outstanding. Picture windows and mid center tv. Amazing closet. Mid bench. Lovely tub and walk in shower. Oh a balcony. Oh. A second living area. Love the bar. Fridge. This is my side. It’s like another condo in the unit. Oh. Another guest bedroom. Another bedroom. There is something about this penthouse that had me drooling like a hound eyeing treats. Maybe I would click on the buy button if my bank account had enough zeros. The view and the decor sold it.

Thats my style. From the floor to the furniture, the colors and everythig. Perfect, well done! The first place i would buy the furniture that comes with it. But things need to be leatherette when i come through! ;)
