The countertop in the kitchen overlap the counter. This will be a problem as it means there will be a gap between your cooker and counter where food items can become trapped making it difficult to clean. These houses are good if you want the house in a specific location without the hustle and tussle of self building. If you already have land, four million can get you marvellous house
The hse is very clean, Love the floors. The only downside is the shower and the toilet. I think a glass sliding door can be put to separate the 2. But It’s a good vacation /rental property
I have been to this houses, they are in Kamulu and accessing them proved to be hard because of poor road network. The place has black cotton soil so kama kumenyesha guess for yourself what will happen.

nice work, love the bathroom doors and the closets... this can only be for family starters, newly weds, as people grow older.. they need space... and privacy.. considering how cold this houses are... maybe with time.. you can think of bigger homes, with separate walls.... and more spacious..
I meant how close the houses are to each other, probably the investors are trying to maximise the land..... you could have less houses that means more houses and more space..and sell more money....
In Kenya bathtubs are mostly associated with colonial houses or high end housing. Majority of Kenyans don't see the need of a bathtub. They would prefer extra storage space or bedrooms but bathtubs are generally not that important
