If you have not already done so, with such a large supply then it's time to formalise your commodity by forming an organisation.. The benefits will be huge in raising the standards, production ownership, knowledge, and financial rewards throughout by your collective structured, regulations and effort. The Farmers Association or whatever name you choose will cover both large and small farmers. Under that umbrella different groups will be represented. There are groups that consist of grains, fisheries, livestock and of course the vital supporting groups such as fertilizers, feeds, and so on. Your paid chairman whose job is to protect his members interest to the best of his ability is non-political though he may engage with them to put your case across. He will be elected just as in any other association with branches that serve throughout the various farming/farm industrial areas. Smaller branch members are manned by volunteers This organisation/association can be started locally by any farmer's group in a farming village or community to begin with. As it develops just as any other group then you can ask for help, advice and speakers who are knowledgeable about farming to come and give talks sometimes at your monthly meetings.
