You're probably one of the few priviledged individuals who lived in a city. Every person I knew who once worked in BGC or NCR doesn't wish to go back as a corpo rat.

I was shown 15 year old units with mold and cracked tile. With furniture bought years back from a place like Divisoria. Run down kitchens, terrible color scheme, no attention to details. 45,000₱ 😮

i may be wrong but i think its 2 months advance + 2 months deposit so 30k x 4 = 120k

I've done that, most say no. I saw a place for 35k 2 years ago and offered 28k. It's still empty and now they are asking for 45k lol. Monthly dues are 2k/month, so that's about 60k in dues + 700k in lost rent they could've received if they agreed to my price of 28k. Maybe they find a renter at 45k, but it will take them 5 years to earn that money back. Sadly that is very typical amongst Landlords in BGC.

How many parks and green areas are there in your area? With so many parks and playgrounds, BGC is an excellent place to live if you have children. Additionally, everything in the city is designed to be accessible by foot, which is beneficial to your health. We can simply walk to the grocery store, to get a haircut, to the movies, to the park with our dogs, and so on. If you are single, owning a motorcycle is convenient, but if you are with family, you will need to drive your car through traffic to go to the places you named.

It's rather amusing how one can put down other's recommendations because one thinks his/er opinion is superior to the rest. BGC KoolAid? How laughable. Has it crossed your mind that maybe, just maybe, the people living in BGC have already done the math and found it most logical to reside there and not in your glorious mid-rise condo, wherever that is? Has it ever crossed your mind, before you so arrogantly bragged about your place, that these people residing in BGC must have... hmmm... considered several factors that would cater to their personal and family's needs before they selected BGC among other options? What is good and practical for you may not be good for the rest of the world. So, stop shoving your opinion down our throats. Your desperation to convince us that your 17k unit is the better option is simply too obvious.

​@@john792A2 BGC is an overpriced, glorified place. If you have children you'd need to pay like 100k for a place lmao. You might as well live in the West which is over all better. Imagine paying 35k for a box. One of the condos was 30k with a fucking 24 inch TV lmao. People who go here think they are special.
