Wow, this is minimalistic without being boring. I like that he brings materials that are a bit ethnic and rugged in small details to give warm to the white walls. Less is more and curated pieces shows what is necessary to live well. The figgy leaf tree is a great natural piece to welcome you into the home. A must have "marble countertops". Bravo!!!
Great apartment but the views, the views, yikes! Living room windows looking across brick walls and the kitchen window into the light well? And the fact that the blinds in the bedroom windows are drawn is telling. I guess even when you are paying several million dollars, you don't necessarily get a proper view.
some of the deep brown accents are a bit disruptive ie: the panel in the bedroom, the rugs a bit rough in texture especially the one in the bedroom and that adds an element of discomfort, and the overall lines are not clean enough, not to mention the furniture does not look comfi, looks nice if that is the sort of thing he has a taste for
But it's not unique is it? It looks like every other dreary, soulless minimalist home. It says nothing about its owner. And how miserable must it be in the winter?
