Please. Do. More!!! I'm a gymnast myself, and I find this type of video so so inspiring. I think everyone would like to see how your mindset works... It's one of the greatest I've seen so far. Keep it coming, and keep it real 🔥🔥😁
I agree!! Being in a not so large sport like this (compared to others) it's great seeing a public figure like Nile inspiring our own path through Gymnastics
For the blister/rip on your wrist- have you considered placing an extra large plaster with a lot of triple antibiotic on the gauze to help it heal? The triple AB will not only keep it clean but also reduce the friction between your grips and skin. It's a trick a lot of hikers use on boot blisters from multiway hikes and could definitely help your situation. Best of luck in the coming weeks and love the videos!
Hi Nile Wilson. I hope you see this cause I need your help. I am writing a biography about you for school. However there isn't much information on the internet about your aspect of gymnastics and your gymnastics training when you were young. I was hopeing you could make a video about your life from start to now. Thank you so much you are so inspirational and courageous.💖
I've lacked motivation this past year and have been dealing w debilitating depression & anxiety.. Finally went back to gym 2 weeks ago for real training. Found I need to play as well and not just work for real progress. Thank you for doing what you do.
Hello from the USA Nile! Love your videos! You are such an inspiration to many people around the world!! As a collegiate gymnast, and as a coach, I can tell you first hand that what you are doing is amazing! Not many people get to see how unique our sport is and how much training it takes to be a high-level athlete. Keep doing what you're doing and inspiring the world, and doing what you love!! Train smart, Keep it real!!
You are a really nice and amazing person Nile... Probably the most enthusiastic and real hearted man I've seen. Your love and passion for gymnastics will get you at the highest peak never loose motivation; you truly inspire alot many people. Hope to meet you someday. PS: why don't you make a video with calisthenics Athlete like gymnastics meets calisthenics...
Gotta SMASH the like button on that 1..so honest and true. Man, it just a joy to watch. No false pretense, no bull ****. And I'm glad ur back at it. Love u and wish u all the best in 2020!..
i heard you talking about what the rose champagne bottle meant to you and how you were gonna open it after you smashed it at doha and i could feel my heart breaking that you wouldn't get that chance this year, but... YOU'LL COME BACK STRONGER AND GET THAT GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY AND YOU'LL GET TO DRINK THAT BOTTLE AND CELEBRATE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO ACCOMPLISH EVERY GOAL YOU SET YOUR MIND TO!!
I just have to tell you. This video was just the video of my day. I've been struggling with pain and my mind lately during training. And somehow, you showing us that even to the bests of the world it is difficult sometimes, it inspires me! It makes me go back to the gym and give 200% of my effort! Hope you get better!
I love this, I truly genuinely love this. As someone who has goals and struggles, this 'real version' of things are making me connect more and give me the motivation that I can be what I wanna one day. Love ya man. Best of wishes, hope you'll heal soon
Love the video Nile but you need to meal prep! Literally takes and hour/hour and a half at the weekend and you're sorted. Definitely much cheaper and quicker than buying food to cook with every day or deliveroo x
I am aiming for the 2020 Olympics for my first year and I love your videos they are so inspiring and empowering. I am not a gymnast, I do a very different sport but it is good to see what it takes. Keep making videos on your journey as this really helps and pushes me to work and train that little but harder and more then I thought I could each day.
It's great to see a peek of Nile on daily schedule. I think he has worked so hard and should celebrate what he has achieved this year both spiritually and physically . I think one of those Champagne bottles is begging to be consumed because he has earned it.
Hi Nile I am a 10 year old boy I absolutely love your videos you are such an inspiration for me. Ever since I started to watch you I have been doing more gymnastics at home and I am doing your core crunch and your seven steps to success. You are such an inspiration do not stop what you are doing and remember Train Smart Keep It Real.
Two words: meal prep You don't have to spend forever cooking everyday. Spend an hour or so preparing food for the week and then all you have to do when you get home is plate it up, heat it up and eat it. That will take you less than 5 minutes!!
No notification. I've been waiting for you to upload all weekend. We missed you.. great video though. Gymnastics is not easy. Take time to heal. You can save the bottle for 2020.
You are real Nile. I'm a mom. I can see your honesty. You let us into your journey - you didn't create a journey for us to watch. We love and support you!
Thanks that you're so honest to us as viewers. There's also a difficult side of being a gymnast on the highest level. Many people forget the difficult side, it's a good point to show that as well. I like those videos a lot and it gives me inspiration to push myself harder in my own (wheel)gymnastics. Thx for those amazing videos!
I admire you Nile and today is the first day I get to wear your hoodie. I Finally got one and it makes me so happy to wear a Train Smart Keep It Real hoodie
Mate that must be so gutting :( Wish you a good recovery man! I know you're still going to train hard and keep it real so once the next one comes around you'll absolutely smash it!
There are different versions of ourselves depending on the audience we have. But they’re all aspects of the same person. You’re an amazing young man, Nile. Always remember that on your down days x Best video you’ve *ever* done, by the way; the gym sections in particular. No frills, back to basics. 👍
A very interesting video as it's good to see what you go through each day of your life. When the end part started it made me feel sad but I know that you will come back stronger and in the right mindset.
Hey Nile, are you free on the 22nd December? It’s my gymnastics presentation night where we give out trophies and awards and I’m sure that my head coach would love it if you came! Maybe Neil come come to and share with us his amazing pep talks😂. I know you are going through a lot with your injury just it would just be the best thing ever if you came! Xx
Great video Nile. Enjoyed seeing what your going through. For you and your life what you do is what works for you. Keep doing what you do. Have you thought of hiring a chef to come into your home, buy the ingredients, pre cook meals for you per your dietary constraints for the week ahead, allowing you to enjoy more selection of meal choices? May you have a great week. Best wishes to you always.
I had a feeling that you were still in pain, and seeing this video I believe even more that it's a good thing that you don't have to compete anymore. I know it's heartbreaking and you were frustrated with it, but in reality you can now sit back a little and enjoy some time off and really focus on healing your body from these accumulating injuries. Think about it, you could've gone there and gotten seriously hurt because of your neck or your wrist, or just missed important parts of your routines due to pain. All together, it seems like your body was sending you cues all along that you should maybe let it go for this worlds and tone the training down a little bit. I'm also a little sad that I don't get to see you compete abd have fun, but I'm also relieved that you aren't pushing yourself too far. So find a way to stop the pain and the bulging disk altogether, now you don't have to just mask it. Good luck, Nile, best wishes for the future.
thanks for sharing the story behind the mural and behind the bottles. it's great to know there's so much heart and intention behind what looked (at first glance) sort of tacky...
Adoro o Nile, eu acompanho esse carinha desde quando o vi nas Olimpíadas de 2016.Ele merece muito muito muito sucesso na Ginástica. Ele ama isso, dá pra ver em seus olhos! ^^
Get a meal delivery service! Leeds must be big enough to have one of those. When I was training full time my meals for the day got delivered every morning and it was all healthy and exactly how many calories or macronutrients I wanted. I did this because like you, it saved me about 1.5 hours a day and that time could be spent learning more about gymnastics or something that I care more about. Thanks for your videos btwr...they get me amped to train gymnastics.
Personally, I prefer this content, I dislike what kind of person you open up to be when you do your regular vlogs, and that might get quick views but in the long run that doesn't work. I'm not hating, I'm trying to provide feedback and hopefully get a bit more quality content out of it. But nice work on this Nile. Hope you continue with it and hope it gets the amount of the right attention it deserves.
You have inspired me to try new things and sports that suit me as I am quite tall it's hard to do some sports but to watch you power on it makes me want to as well
I absolutely love Niles videos and his outlook on life is so refreshing especially for someone his age. I loved the rawness of this video but please don’t try and copy all these bad people lol i mean jake Paul wise .... i love that you want to grow and evolve all the time but we love you for YOU. Your content is so unique
Love the video bro! Just wanted to say you don't have to explain yourself with regards to the mural, I believe your explanation but aside from all that it looks sick! It's not self centred as I imagine many will say so be proud of it. And if anyone says anything ask them if they would say the same about a picture that you may hang on a wall? I'm sure not.
Hi Nile. As you did this video I thought I had to leave my comment - my opinion. I came to your channel after Rio. And I kinda binge watched a lot of your videos. And later on I started noticing a change in your videos, you started to be too loud, too pumped, and I stopped watching most of your videos. So the moral of my story is, your old videos, the calm ones, the ones where you train and sometimes talk are just a loot better. So maybe you'll read this, maybe not, but hey if I unsubscribe, I'll know you "know" why. That being said keep up the great work, I'll be your huge fan at the next competition.
With your dilemma with the cooking, why don’t you try meal prep? It might be good for you considering your schedule (even if you only prep a couple meals)
I was gutted for you when I heard you won’t be in Doha, you’ve worked so hard and it’s not fair at all. But it just means you’ll be there even stronger for the next competition!
I was getting my hopes up again when you mentioned Doha and champagne.... and then you rolled the clip again :( Quick recovery mate! Keep doing what you´re doing!! Love ya :)
Amazing vlog Nile. Did you try the grape fast that I suggested? Just curious cos if you did, that injury may have been well on the way to recovery.......
I was just watching the vlog where he said he was going to be doing this little documentary style thing and I was like oh where is it then BOOM.. here it is 😂
Nile Nile Nile 😂😂😂 that why u do groceries for an entire week or a bit less then just cook something quick up ... I agree with ur mum u being lazy 😂 love you
