I totally didn't pick up a brush because I so happen to draw stuff. Nooo. No. You're sorely mistaken! -I just get immense satisfaction slapping the s**t out of people.-
I started using the ink brush because my aim was terrible. As I improved I started using shooters more. Now I mainly use jet squelcher, which role wise is the OPPOSITE of ink brush.
I'm that brush main that at the beginning of the match I'll immediately make my way over to a spot the enemy team would most likely go, hide there, and suprize them when they get close with *b r u s h*

Im a brush main. Specifically, Inkbrush noveau. I like the traps and baller that it has. I was orignally planning to be a roller main before i got splatoon 2, but when i got the game and tried out the splat roller i learned i suck at roller so i tried out the inkbrush and found im much better at it. Leaves a fast trail of ink, swipe fiercely at enemies to splat them, good coverage, and these are just some things i like about it. Im randomly putting this comment here because this is a inside the mind of a brush main video and im a brush main xD Im that one brush main who always make sure the spawn territory is inked well, because normally my team in turf war just goes straight to the middle. After i do that i go to the middle and if im able to get enough inked i will place traps in places where the other team might come to the middle through. When my baller special is ready, i normally wouldnt use it if im currently in the middle of inking the spawn area. When i do use it, im usually in the middle and i take paths to get deep into the enemies spawn area then blow my ball up and start inking as much as possible. That, or im about to die start to use it and immediately die. Or theres alot of enemies in one place and i use it to get some splats. Im sort of a 'perfectionist' or whatever its called. I think every bit of area counts. When ever theres a not fully inked spot on my teams spawn area, i ink it. Thats basicly what i do xD

I enjoy using the Kensa Octo Brush. I use the suction bomb a lot, I like to hide and surprise enemies, and I enjoy the ultra stamp! I always get a lot of kills and I usually end up on top at the end of matches. I mostly use it in ranked though.
As a support player, my favorite brush is the Octobrush Nouveau. It may be slightly slower, but it has a little more power than an inkbrush. Adding a few Sub Power-up's gives the Beakons a Quick Super Jump to anyone who uses it, and Tenta Missiles are downright spamable. It makes for a good Slayer/Support go-between. Then again, running around and wreaking havoc with an inkbrush is an absolute blast too
As an inkbrush main I must say, I have no bad feelings against the octobrush. I just can’t get behind the amount of ink the octobrush takes up. (Ps: depending on how you play, ninja squid can be incredibly good with brushes)
As a brush main from splatoon three I combine the tactics of going straight to the base and being an assassin Yes I was that one person who was right under your base for a whole minute refusing to leave until you finally splated me
lol I chose Octobrush as my temporary main which I use in Squid parties but little did I know I would get so good at it I’d use it to splat the life out of my opponents in real Matches
Oof guess I didn't catch that. I was never good at noticing those kinds of things. Or perhaps I was just blinded by excitement (I'm a splatling main and I love hearing people talk about us). Lol!

As a brush main using sometimes both brushes and switching, I like using ninja squid. It’s useful to be the sneaky assassin described. I follow my roller teammate usually because there is ALWAYS a roller, and when someone comes I jump out and murder them.
I love... Inkbrush!! I'm the player who likes to use ninja squid tho.. I like all 3, too! Just a quick tip--I think you'll find using Joycons instead of Procon will help you spam faster, as the ZR on Procon is a softer button compared to the snappy Joycons;;;. Joycon will get you a faster response time haha
As a brush user, this is accurate. Octobrush nouvoue or whatever is my favorite. Just instantly running to the middle in splat zones and rainmaker is great.
I main the Inkbrush specifically because it gets me more kills with the Splatbomb and Splashdown combo, but I sometimes used the Nouveau for a different style. The Octo Brush was a great weapon for Ranked Battles. There's just one thing I hate... Running out of ink when I got scaredy cats shooting at me.
I only really use the brush in rainmaker, because it can pop the bubble really fast, and because I suck with the rainmaker, I let another teammate get the rainmaker and bolt for the podium. I either just, rOlL or swim behind them. If I swim, I could surprise the entire team that’s tryna kill my teammate. So, I pop up and start just SWIPING that brush left and right, and I’ve killed the 3 people on the team, and found the other one. If I rolled, well, I might’ve done the same thing without flanking.
Yah in my opinion we just run around and then go for small pickings but when we do we do Plus we mostly serve as distractions and sometime we base invade with the enemy team to distract their team to get our massive push
