there's no greenery in that jedidiah estate. i mean....WTF!? why is it so hard for our estate developers to make allowances for trees (which should be planted by the developers themselves as the estate is being developed), as well as open green spaces and parks?
Enugu real estate can compete with Abuja and Lagos Island. The governor needs to remain focused and make more investment in planning, roads, water, and environment. The investors will come. I am impressed with Enugu's housing authority. Their videos are excellent. States like Enugu and Anambra are at the stage where they need to create liaison offices in the U.K. and U.S.A. Please, I am not excluding our brothers and sisters from Imo, Ebonyi, and Abia. I am simply saying that these two are further along. I am grateful to God that the Abia state government has improved the road conditions in Aba. With a little more effort, the massive economic potential will be unleashed.
I don't, but I am passionate for Imo as well. We are all brethren. I hear Owerri is an entertainment capital. I used to visit those days. However, I also know things about Imo that you don't know. During the Biafra war, the Rocket group was based in Owerri because there is rubber. Why hasn't this been developed? I recently saw a vlog about a massive building materials cluster. Owerri people are known for banking. Don't misinterpret my commentary.

coal city gardens looks much better. though the trees aren't uniformly planted and are patchy in places. but it's a marked improvement from the one mentioned in my previous comment.

Some of the estates offer outright purchase of property, while some rent. Those that rent, I think I put out their rental fee, like Goshen and Hillcrest
