This is one sick ride. That price tag though... damn near a house payment! Won't lie though, if I had the bread I would get it, with zero deviation from this one in the video. What a beauty!!

Glove box... and there is a hidden compartment by the driver, very handy for putting in glasses n wallet it's very deep and not noticeable... also forgot about the folding back seats... there is a hidden button at the top of the arm rest that allows you to fold down the center for putting in long items to the boot yet not having to drop the seats, the spec on this RS5 is INSANE and TBH not worth the €170k and I drive a performance 5 but no way can you justify that kind of money I'd be buying a 2nd hand 911 if I had a budget or if 4 / 5 seats needed 63AMG

I have an S5 Sportback and to be honest I saved almost 50k for 100 kw and 96 bhp. I couldn’t make that math any different ;-) And the car is still smoking hot and fast. The Nardo Grey is outdated. Everybody wanted that colour. I was hesitant in getting the S5 in that colour but I am very very glad I took it in Black with chrome finish. For me the (R)S5 is the ultimate (family) car. Spacious, luxury, nicely finished, horny and fast like lightning. So while driving with the family or all by myself I get the best of both experiences. Audi understood this very well when producing this car. Next review is the new E-Tron?

For the record, this is probably the price in the Netherlands. In other European countries it’s a lot less. The reason being are the ridiculous pollution taxes that The Netherlands have. For example the baseprice of a Ford Focus is in Belgium €19k but the Dutch have to pay €24k...

Why the steering wheel in alcantara?? For me it loses sportiness, the steering wheel seeems too fat. But to be honest I never had the opportunity to drive one of these beasts.

Does is still use the plastic engine gasket (yes plastic) that fails shortly after your warranty expires that then requires an engine strip all on your $ as they wont recognise it as a recall?

Its very very expensive €170k for this V6 RS5. It’s not worth this price. Instead you can buy a standard regular monster V8 E63AMG (571hp 0-100 3.5s) for €125k with almost full option and it will be much more fun to drive.

it makes me laugh how a ,72,000 euro car becomes 170,000 euro to make it the car that it should be. A 100k in so called options!!! I would buy the base model rs then spend about 50k extra at one of the tuning houses and turn it into a proper bit of kit.! It would be better if the manufacturers advertised two prices on each model....the fully loaded and the base. That would at least seem less DECEPTIVE !!
