This skyscraper is so thin that you couldn't believe is resistant and can survive earthquakes too. But I imagine it's really so. I would be scared either way😂. I suppose it has been built only with steel supports and very resistant materials.
I'm all for it. I'd love for more people to have access to this living experience. Maybe a halving doesn't impact many purchase choices, but it probably adds a lot of potential buyer.
Many people around the world intuitively touch to check for their wallet when they hear a New York accent, though... Would you want a NY accent real estate agent telling you that it's totally a 66 million pad? ;-)
At the 10th, you'd be next to the core where it gets most of the torsion from winds and seismic activity. Might get loud. Also , you'll not have a better view than in most streets on the 2nd floor.
Seems it's got the highest occupied floor. Above there will be the dynamic mass damper and a steel construction to funish off the sculpture. You won't find a powder room or even a mediation pillow about this apartment. Between top residential floor and top of the building there is 100 meters, but to call them "floors" would be a stretch. There will be places for engineers to walk to service the mass damper, for sure. Doubt there is even a portapotty up there.
I hope the Russian oligarch who buys this property puts gold leaf on everything and fills it with Baroque furniture. They always go that Winter Palace theme.
