This interview was the best one to date because it was very detailed and extremely thorough by outlining the myth, facts and laws associated with credit reporting. Thank you and I am onboard.

Can you delete a “transaction” (eg. Late payment) on an open credit card account? I don’t want to close an account that I have a high credit limit on. If it’s possible, can you link a video where you explain it? Thanks!

I emailed him twice with questions, per contact info on his website. Two weeks later, no reply. Is that a red flag? Would take my money, but ignores my questions before I buy?

Reporting late payments on your consumer report is not illegal. This guy is misinterpreting the statute. I can prove him wrong if he offer me the $1000 challenge.

@@ascensionqueen With regard to 15 USC 1681a(d)(2)(A)(i) Exclusions, prior to the 1996 FCRA amendment, if a financial institution give a consumer's nonpublic personal information to an affiliate or CRAs they were getting sued and accused of being CRAs for giving NPI (Consumer Reports). Which CRAs have to follow very strict statutory guidelines. That's why the statute reads the term "consumer report" does not include, etc.. People like to quote 15 USC 6802(a) and (b) as a source for a financial institution not being able to report transactions without your permission. But the problem with most people they stop at the section that support their argument. Read 15 USC 6802(e) General Exceptions it says "Subsections (a) and (b) SHALL NOT prohibit the disclosure of non public information". Then read section 6802(e)(6) and tell me what the law says. Unlike these so called "gurus" I'm not just giving you my interpretation of the statutes. All the information I just gave you can corroborated by Case Law. I hope I enlightened you a little!
