In the permanent exhibition, you'll find a stunning collection of hand-painted Yuzen kimonos and Nishijin-ori obi, as well as various makeup tools and personal items of the Maiko. Admire the seasonal Kanzashi (hair ornaments) and the rarely seen formal black-crested kimono. English explanations are available through QR codes for non-Japanese speakers.
Additionally, you'll get a special glimpse into the main hall of the Kaburenjo Theatre, a registered tangible cultural property of Japan.
