forget the penthouse, Nina is killing that outfit. she could easily distract us from the home but she dresses so modestly that you actually pay attention to her presentation. Most female presenters use their body to try to sell a property. Nina presents herself well.
Except London is arguably the greatest city in the world with the best of everything. Vancouver is a quaint village where it rains ten months of the year and has been taken over by sullen CCP money launderers who like to park their dirty lucre in overpriced Vancouver real estate.
@@luissousapinto1772 I'm not from London but I've been there many times. What aspect of my earlier comment isn't true. London has some of the best museums, theatre, shopping, architecture, pubs and restaurants of any major city in the world.
I loved this one most places are bright but this wad a nice change more my style would be nice if it showed building immunities such as gym pool and what ever else the building has to offer
Thanks for the feedback :) We try to feature the amenities as much as possible, it just depends if there are people using them, then we can't film for privacy reasons.
The decor makes the condo look so dark with all those dark cabinets and bedrooms headboard. Why aren’t you showing the shelving and closets and storage space?? You just seem to glide over it and move on to the next. Not impressed with your condo tour. You don’t show everything. You show want you want to impress buyers but you don’t show it all.
Thanks for your comment. We dont show everything, because most clients dont want their personal belongings to be seen. Also, we like to show just enough, so people want to come and see more. We appreciate the feedback though.
I really love the overall colour combinations especially the gold touches here and there, very warm and luxurious. The view is also absolutely beautiful! Well done!
The pool would be great for that. If you are interested in learning more about the property, please reach out to the realtor directly. I can help put you in touch if you need me.
Can you feature some 5-6 low rise condos newly built along the Cambie Corridor, particularly South Van? There are tons of them and some looks pretty interesting
.... when you get a bigger house and 5 acres of property for 1.2 million with lake views this seems kinda overpriced. But I guess normal for Vancouver?
"Again" you did a wonderful job showing this condo. I do wish you showed inside the closets so I could see how big (or small) they are. Sometimes just saying they are walk-in only means one can technically walk into it, which is really most closets. :) I like the layout of the kitchen, but I do understand those who said it was too dark. The main bathroom - I like that it was only a shower and a large one at that. For those times I want to soak in a tub I could use the guest bathroom. The guest bedroom showed a little small, but then again it's for guests if I were to buy the place. I like the den although I wish it had a sliding glass door. I didn't care for the built-in so I would take them out. All in all it was a nice looking condo. Thanks you for posting/sharing. Cheers! :)
Way too small for the price, and that black kitchen would be a no-go for me. The courtyard and other amenities are great, but that means sky-high condo fees. $2.5M buys a detached waterfront home on Vancouver Island, better scenery, less noise and more space. Thanks for the tour.
Great tour. The apartment as a whole is nice. I'm not usually a fan of dark kitchens, but I really love this kitchen. If I bought this for myself to live in tho, I'd convert the 2 bedrooms into 1 bigger bedroom with more closet space
