mad respect for showing the sad, frustrating part of running and racing. not everything goes perfect. races don’t go as they should. still, getting back up and keeping it rolling is the name of the game. thanks boys keep putting out the good shit.

Thank you. I have heart problems, Supraventricular tachycardia it's called. I also love to run. I have a 10K road race yesterday, and my heart problems were triggered...but I kept going, inspired by Drew and Sam at the end of this video talking about how their 5000 was painful from the gun. So I said I would struggle with my heart problems for 5K, and will pull out then if it doesn't subside. Thankfully, the problems stopped at about the 5K mark and I was able to finish the race safely and in an okay time given the circumstances. Just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me.
