Those are really nice houses, great for retirees. I would be hesitant to live there if someone was planning on moving in the next 10 years. I can almost guarantee it will be a rough resale a decade from now with the current price tags. I am overall impressed with the Swift Springs development. Roberts understands the demographics of buyers. Sky Ridge (I think it is called?) is a bit more out of touch and I think they are going to struggle. It will be fun to watch what happens with it.
